How It Works
Create Inspector Profile
Admin enters auditor name, ID, company, and audit scope. Optional photo uploaded once during registration.
Issue Digital Credential
System generates QR code and short code. Can be printed on an ID card or used via mobile.
Facility Check-In
Inspector scans badge → 6-digit code appears → Facility contact verifies → Entry recorded with GPS and timestamp.
Exit Confirmation (Optional)
Inspector scans again when leaving. If skipped, the system auto-closes after review.
